Header 1 Who can make a referral?
We’re happy to receive referrals from family members, care managers, community nurses, GPs, and other healthcare professionals. If a referral is made by a health professional, we kindly ask that the potential resident and their family have been consulted beforehand, so everyone feels informed and involved from the very beginning.
