We also host regular Family Forums—informal, friendly gatherings where you can meet other families, connect with our senior management team, and share any thoughts or concerns in a relaxed setting. It’s a chance to build community and strengthen the partnership between families and our care teams.

In addition, Parent Representatives meet monthly with our senior team to bring forward ideas, questions, or concerns from the wider family group—ensuring every voice is heard.

And once a year, we invite you to take part in our Family Questionnaire, giving you another opportunity to share your experiences and help us continue to improve.
