We support young people and adults aged 18 and over who are unable to walk unaided and who live with moderate to profound learning and physical disabilities. Our dedicated team offers compassionate, specialist care tailored to each individual’s needs.
Referrals are welcome from family members, care managers, community nurses, GPs, and other professionals involved in an individual’s care.
